Book a fit call
Thirty minutes. No deck.
We work out where the hours actually go, what you already pay for, and whether any of this is worth doing. If the honest answer is "not yet", you'll hear exactly that — it is a better outcome for both of us than a build you did not need.

Four questions, then I'll come back to you
Rough answers are fine — this is the same thing I'd ask on the call. I read and reply to every one myself, usually the same day.

What happens in the half hour
- 01Where the hours go
Which of the four leaks you actually have, and roughly how many hours a week each one is taking.
- 02What you already pay for
Most businesses are one workflow away from getting more out of the CRM they already have. That is cheaper than anything I could sell you.
- 03Whether it is worth doing
A rough number for what recovering those hours is worth, against a rough number for what the build costs.
- 04What happens next
Either a Flow Map, a fixed quote, a date on the waitlist, or "not yet, here's what to do instead". No follow-up sequence either way.
Worth having handy
Nothing to prepare, but this helps.
You do not need documents, diagrams or a brief. If you happen to know these four things the call gets a lot more useful.
- How many people bill, including you.
- Roughly how many admin hours each of them loses a week.
- What you already pay for — CRM, practice management, accounting, anything with a monthly fee.
- The job that annoys you most. Nine times out of ten that is the right first build.
Before you write
Two honest notes.
Two active builds at a time. If both are full you will be given a date rather than a slower build. If the timing matters, say so in the first email.
Some businesses should not do this yet. If the process is still changing every month, automating it just makes the churn faster. That is a fine thing to hear on a free call.
Not ready to talk
Read the working notes instead.
Twenty-odd pieces on what gets automated, what it costs and where it goes wrong. Nothing gated, nothing to sign up for.
