Most owners already suspect AI could help somewhere. The hard part is deciding where, in what order, and what to leave alone. The Assessment answers that in writing, from your real work rather than a demo.

What's in it

  • A short intake first. Your tools, the processes that hurt most, and how you like to work. Rough answers are fine.
  • One working session. I walk through your tools and the processes you named, on screen share. You stay in the room.
  • A written opportunity report. The opportunities ranked, a clear call on what not to automate yet, and a suggested 30-day Concierge plan if you want to keep going.

Nothing gets built inside the Assessment. No automations shipped, and no half-finished build sitting in a folder.

Once the intake is in and the fee is sorted, you and I book the session and agree the report date.

What I stand behind: the report on the agreed date, with the findings in plain English you can act on. I don't promise revenue or hours saved. Those depend on your business and what you do next.

Done with you, not for you in secret, and not a DIY course. I work live in your tools, fix one process at a time, and build Claude skills around the cleaned-up version.

What you get

  • An intake before Call 1, so I start with context instead of a discovery session.
  • Two 45-minute screen-share calls a month. I work live in your tools and you see every step.
  • Async support between calls. Voice or text, with a reply inside 12 business hours.
  • A shared hub you own. It holds every skill I build, with the call recordings and action items beside it.

Call 1 sets things up. I connect your tools, write a brand voice file, capture how you like to work and pick two or three quick wins. Nothing gets automated on Call 1.

After that: audit, optimise, automate. I look at the process first and fix what's broken, then build a Claude skill around the clean version. I never automate a messy process.

What I stand behind: your two call slots booked and held, async replies inside 12 business hours, and every artefact (the hub, the context files, the skills) delivered and visible to you.

I don't promise revenue or hours saved. Concierge runs under its own agreement, separate from the Assessment.

Price and term: from $1,500 AUD a month. The exact figure is set in your agreement before Call 1, once I've read your intake. Three-month minimum, which is six calls, billed monthly. After that it runs month to month and either side can stop with 30 days' notice.

Bigger builds come later, if at all.

Now and then a cleaned-up process needs more than a Claude skill, such as a small custom tool or a site that feeds it. That gets scoped and quoted in writing on its own, once the process is clean. It never sits inside the Assessment.

What does the AI Tools Assessment cost?
$999 AUD, one-off. That covers a short intake, one working session in your tools and a written opportunity report. It isn't a retainer, and nothing gets built inside it.
How long does the Assessment take?
Once the intake is in and the fee is sorted, I book the working session and agree the report date with you. The report arrives on that date.
What happens after the report?
You can stop there and keep the report. The findings are in plain English you can act on. If the fit is clear, you can move into Shift AI Concierge from $1,500 AUD a month, under a separate agreement.
Do I have to start with the Assessment?
No, but it's the recommended first step. Concierge starts with an intake and Call 1. The Assessment puts the opportunities in order before you commit to a monthly retainer.

Which AI tools do you work in?
Mostly Claude, because that's where the skills I build live. On Call 1 I connect it to the tools you already run, as far as each one allows. You don't have to switch systems first.
What if my website is not the problem?
Then I'll say so and start with the Assessment instead. A site rebuild that doesn't fix the thing costing you hours is an expensive way to feel busy.
